Delivery & timing
How soon can I get a porta potty delivered in Harrisburg?
Same day when you call by 12 PM, Monday to Saturday, and next morning for later calls. Restroom trailers need 1 to 2 weeks' notice, and 4 to 8 weeks for summer Saturdays.
Can you deliver at a specific time?
Deliveries run 7 AM–5 PM. We cannot promise an exact minute, but we can note 'before 10 AM' or 'after 1 PM' on the order, and the driver calls about 30 minutes ahead.
Why is my weekend event delivered on Friday?
Friday delivery means the unit is in place and stocked before guests arrive, and the event price covers up to 4 days, so it costs nothing extra.
Do you deliver on holidays?
We deliver on most holiday weeks, including the days before Memorial Day, the Fourth of July and Labor Day. These are the busiest weeks of the year, so book 2 to 3 weeks ahead.
Will the driver call before arriving?
The driver calls or texts about 30 minutes before arrival and sends a photo of the placed unit afterward.
How far ahead should I book for graduation season?
Book 2 to 3 weeks ahead for late May and June weekends. Single standard units are often available with less notice, but sink and accessible units go first.
Units & what's inside
Do your porta potties have a sink?
Standard units have hand sanitizer. A sink unit with a foot-pump basin, soap and towels starts at $260 per event.
Do you have separate men's and women's units?
Any unit can be signed for men or women. We supply door signs on request at no charge.
Do you have flushing porta potties?
Deluxe flushing units with a foot-pump flush and sink are rented April through October. Restroom trailers have real flushing toilets year-round.
Does a porta potty come with a lock?
Each unit has an inside latch with an occupied sign. Job-site units have a hasp for your padlock, at no charge.
Do you sell porta potties?
We rent only. Renting includes delivery, cleaning, pumping and disposal, which owners would otherwise need to arrange themselves.
Do you rent shower trailers or dumpsters?
We focus on portable restrooms, sinks and restroom trailers. Call and we point you to a local provider for showers or dumpsters.
Placement & access
How much space does a porta potty need?
A standard porta potty needs a flat 4 × 4 foot spot, plus room to open the door. A wheelchair-accessible unit needs about 8 × 8 feet.
Can the unit go on a slope?
A gentle slope of about 2 inches across the base is fine. Steeper ground can leak or tip, so pick the flattest spot or a driveway edge.
How far from the road can the porta potty be?
Place the unit within about 15 feet of where our truck can park, so the service hose reaches it. Farther placement can be done with a carry-in but may not be serviceable.
Can you put a porta potty on a Harrisburg street?
A unit in a city street or parking lane needs a street closure request to the City Engineer at least 3 business days ahead. Rear yards, alley pads and driveways need no city permit.
Does a porta potty need to be tied down?
Units are not anchored on normal sites. In open, windy spots we can stake a unit. Tell us if the site is exposed.
What if my gate is narrow?
A standard unit is about 44 inches wide and needs a 48-inch opening. Narrower gates mean placing the unit in the driveway or front yard instead.
Cleaning & servicing
Do I have to clean the porta potty?
You never clean the unit. Event units arrive clean, and monthly units are pumped, washed and restocked weekly by our driver.
Will the porta potty smell?
Each unit has a roof vent and a deodorizing tank treatment. Place it downwind and in shade when you can, with the door facing away from guests.
Can I get the unit cleaned in the middle of my event?
A mid-event service visit costs $75 and is useful for events longer than 1 day or heavy-use weekends.
What happens if the unit fills early?
Call the office and we send a service truck, usually the same or next business day. If it fills every week, we recommend adding a unit or twice-weekly service.
Do you restock toilet paper?
Paper and sanitizer are restocked at every service visit. For long events, ask for extra rolls left inside.
Prices, billing & payment
How much is a porta potty for one day?
There is no one-day price because the event price covers up to 4 days. A standard unit starts at $195 with delivery and pickup in our core area.
How much is a porta potty per month?
A standard unit starts at $185 per 28-day cycle with weekly service, plus a one-time $55 delivery and pickup fee.
Why is the first month more than later months?
The first cycle includes the one-time $55 delivery and pickup fee. Later cycles are the 28-day rate only.
What payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and debit cards. Contractors and organizations can pay by invoice or check.
Is there a deposit?
Event rentals are paid in full by card when booked; there is no separate deposit. Monthly rentals are billed at the start of each cycle.
Can someone else pay for my rental?
A church, company or relative can pay. We send a secure payment link to the payer's email or phone, and the order stays under your name.
Can I get the quote by email or text?
Every quote is sent by text or email with an itemized total. Quotes are held for 30 days.
Changes, cancellation & pickup
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 24 hours before delivery for a full refund. Same-day orders cannot be refunded once the truck is dispatched. Rain-outs can be moved to a new date at no charge.
Can I extend my rental?
Call or text before pickup day. Events can extend into the monthly rate, and monthly units simply continue to the next cycle.
How do I schedule pickup?
Call or text the office. Pickup is set within 1 to 2 business days, and monthly billing stops the day you call.
Do I need to be there for pickup?
You do not. Leave the unit accessible and unlocked, and we take it from where it stands.
What if the porta potty is damaged or tipped over?
Call us right away. Normal wear is on us. Fire, graffiti or vandalism damage is billed at repair cost, and tipped units are cleaned up at cost.
