What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: delivery ZIP, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew size and phone number, plus anything you add. When you call, we note your name, address and order details. We do not collect payment card numbers through this website.
How the form works
Quote forms are sent through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which emails the details to our office. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver the message. A hidden spam-check field helps block automated submissions.
How we use your information
We use your details only to quote, schedule, deliver, service and bill your rental, and to call or text you about that rental. We do not sell, rent or share your information with marketers.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. If we add site analytics, it will measure page visits, call-button taps and form submissions in aggregate to improve the site. Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map on the contact page may set or read data under Google's own policies.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted within 12 months. Order and billing records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop texts, by calling (717) 210-4374 or replying STOP to any text message.
